This incredible chili paste comes from Calabria, the region of Italy known for its spicy peppers. This unique product is a combination of 5 different peppers that are aged together with salt and then mixed with olive oil. Its not too hot and once you start using it , its hard to stop. Try it on baked sweet potatoes for an explosion of flavor that you never would imagine existed. Mix it with anything you want to add a ZING to. It's even great straight off the spoon ! :-) 9.65 oz jar ( 300 gm) also available in a 31 oz (960 gm) jar.
