One thing you will run into at 28" is they are always 28 3/4 or so! I have found a 27" wide refrigerator with the bottom freezer that you might love. It is a sub-zero, aluminum door fridge. You will need to call for price as it is on sale and has discounts. Another one is the is the Sun Frost refrigerator. This one you can get freezer on top or bottom depending on your preference. You can also order this one in white or a custom color.
