Is there any dock station that fits for both ipod nano and ipod touch?

Thank you for your technical question. I called Apple Computer's technical support unit and posed your question to them. The technician I spoke to told me that if both your iPod Nano and iPod Touch product are newer products, purchased after 2005, then their plugs are universal, and if the docking station works with one, it should work with the other. The change over to universal plugs came in 2005. He strongly suggested you look at the details of the product for compatibility, but, in general, there should not be a problem with newer products. You may want to call them to reconfirm this technical information, at (800) MY APPLE,  but I am confident of the informaiton I received. Your question is an excellent one.
