I get my ringtones from http://www.myxer.com Myxer is not a subscription service and there are no monthly fees just your messaging fees from your phone carrier. They do have some you can BUY, but I prefer to get things for free. They also have wallpapers, videos and games.
http://www.mytinyphone.com also has free ringtones, and wallpapers. You can even create your own ringtones and send them to your cell phone.
