I think I am in love with this range. I was blown away by the deion of it:
The entire line projects cooking power, capacity and performance, allowing to cook with pleasure and ease. The versatile rangetop offersup to 126,000 BTUs of total cooking power. Dual-flame stacked burnersprovide a full range of cooking performance, from a variable low simmerof 140 - 195 °F, to a high output of 18,000 BTUs, and everythingin-between. The new stainless steel and aluminum clad griddle offers18,000 BTUs of cooking power if natural gas is used, allowing fast andconsistent heating across the entire cooking surface. An adjustableoutput 14,000 BTU ceramic infrared grill is also available. Two fullyfunctional, self-cleaning, European reverse air convection ovens offertop notch capacity and performance. The larger oven easily accommodatesa full size 18" by 26" caterer sheet pan. The second smaller oven canhandle 9" by 13" casserole dishes. And both ovens feature the Monogrambaking system, which combines European reverse air convection and sixheating elements for superior baking results. This system is pairedwith precision electronic controls to optimize and control the heatingelements during pre-heating and baking for superb results. Each ovenhas full-extension, self-clean racks that are designed to stay induring the self-clean cycle.
The reviews on this incredible system are hard to find since this is primarily a dealer item. There are several complaints on the electronic controls and heating unevenly. You can find more information and pricing on the link attached.
