I'm looking for recommendations for a woman's multi-vitamin. I'm currently using the Vitamin Shop brand and would like something that's natural with added antioxidant's with the winter.

I use Nature Made "Multi For Her" and I love it! It has extra calcium and comes in liquid softgel or the tablet form. You can get them at Walgreen, Walmart or any other pharmacy over-the-counter. I paid $10 plus taxes for a 90 day supply.

The Living Multi Optimal Women's vitamin is from the Viatmin Shopp website. It does include everything that you need as far as A, C, D, B6, B12 vitamins. It also contains 80 whole foods concentrated in an antioxidant rich blend of fruits and vegetables. The only problem is you may have to take up to 5-6 pills a day. A website that I use often for natural products is http://www.iHerb.com. I attached the FutureBiotics Superfood for $25.95. It is really a site worth checking out if you like all natural products.  A good website to also check out is Vitamin http://www.World.com. Hope you find something at one of those sites that will  be good for you.

Hi
I recommend going into Shopper's Drug Mart if you are in Canada.   They have a great selection of vitamins, and the pharmacist will assist you in picking out the right one for  you.
There are so many different choices now that it is nice to have someone right there helping you make the right choice.
If you are in the states, I am sure they have the same service available in the Pharmacy's there.
I am currently taking a Life Brand Multi Vitamin from Shopper's Drug Mart.
