I use an FM transmitter from ebay it was very cheap and works well, the trick is make sure you get one with a long wire that plugs into the headphone jack. The transmitters use this wire as an antenna and so a bit of length is a great help.
I've had little success with the itrip types that plug into the dock connector becuase they have no aerial. Try the Griffin iTrip, it sells for $17.63 on Amazon
