Where can I buy pepper spray to carry with me so dogs won't bite me?

Don't you just hate when you are out side or walking during a nice day and out of no where comes an evil dog who just bites you for no reason. I know I do and I think it is great that there are pepper sprays for dogs to stop them from attacking you.
