The pear logo you see on the iCarly stuffs are like a "pun" to the apple logo on the actual items. They are merely props. Yes, I have to agree, they are rather catchy as everyone is really used to seeing a light-up apple there. But instead, they see a pear. It's kinda cute.

Well, the sad fact is that the pear phone on iCarley is not real. It is a prop phone that is made to look like a Mac or iPhone just like her computer is a pear but really is supposed to be an iPhone. It is simply a cute prop.
Now if you want a phone that looks similar you can do exactly what the show did. You can get a standard iPhone as that is all the "pear" phone really is. Here are a few iPhone's to get you started.
