Where I live the packets that I have found are called duck sauce. Duck sauce is traditionally used in Chinese cuisine as a dip for deep-fried dishes, such as spring rolls, egg rolls, noodles, and chicken.
They are also great for camping, boating, traveling, or keeping on hand in the car orat the office for those take-out meals on the go. Keep some in yourcabin, RV, day pack, boat travel bag or anywhere you may need them!!
