Hello!! If I'm not mistaking, I think your referring to the old style "bonnet" hat dryers. If so, I have found a couple of places that you can purchase one. I also have attached a copy of a picture of what I believe you are referring to.

Hat Hair dryers are really nice. They help in preventing frizziness and flyaways that normal handheld hair dryers usually cause! They also allow you to do your own roller sets at home vs the need to go into a salon! Walmart has the Conair Bonnet dryer selling for $34.54
