While I couldn't locate any stores in Queens, NY that have Okonomiyaki Sauce, I found some online stores.
Amazon has Japanese Okonomi Sauce - two 17ounce bottles - for $12.50. Amazon is a very reliable online store with shipping options, so you may be able to expedite shipping if you need to.
Okonomiyaki World also sells Okonomi Sauce, as well as Okonomiyaki supplies. You can order sauce, 10.6 ounces or 17.6 ounces, for $4.99 and $6.99 respectively. You will need a PayPal account to order from Okonomiyaki World.
