No cassette/tape player in car where can I buy a good external player/cigarette lighter adapter?

Not exactly sure what you are asking for, but I'm going to assume you mean a way to play an external music  player such as an ipod or Zune in your car without using the typical cassette adapter? And not asking about an external cassette player for your car?
