Hi there and welcome to Imshopping. I have found a few Netbooks with a built in webcam for you. I have heard the Asus eee Pc and the Acer Aspire are good. But I recommend the one by Dell. There are 1133 reviews for this computer with an average rating of 4 3/4 stars. So I would look into that one.
