Need help with really affordable girl toys. My daughters are 10 and 11 and one is into accessories and dolls and the other is into mp3 players and other electronics. She also likes to do hair ..a lot!

I love shopping for little girls. There are som many great toys for girls in this age range it is unbelievable.

Since one of your daugters enjoys dolls, I would suggest getting her the collectors edition of Barbie. Most stores sell this doll but Target seems to have some awesome prices. Another suggestion I have for you which is a bit different is also sold at target, maybe paper dolls. I remember growing up, just loving paper dolls. Since they love to do hair, how about getting them their own personal hair straightener? It would be perfect for your daughters if they want to play dress up or even if you want to do their hair for them for a special occasion..The straightener is also sold at target for $16.00 and it comes in the cute girly color pink. Speaking of hair accessories, maybe a tutorial book also sold at target - on how to do braids, french braids and etc. As far as the electronics go, there are many games sold at target for younger children like : Leap Frog for all ages. These are great learning tools and teach children than learning can definitely be fun. The pictionary electronic game seems like a load of fun as well and it would be great for a family game night.
