Hi there.  Thanks for contacting Imshopping.  In my opinion at 14 weeks old it would be good to feed your kitten 3-4 times a day.  Here are a couple links below that may help you.

For soap I would choose 8 in 1 Perfect Coat Tearless Kitten Shampoo

Specially formulated with extra mild and tearless ingredients to gently clean and protect your kitten's delicate skin and coat. The easy rinse formula effortlessly washes away soap and lather, cutting bath time in half. Keratin and jojoba oils condition coat leaving it soft and fluffy. Long lasting baby powder fragrance leaves your kitty smelling fresh and clean. Helps to maintain a healthy and shiny coat.

Rich-lathering
Delivers optimum cleansing and moisturizing
Will not strip skin of healthy natural oils
Specially made for kittens
Easy rinse formula cuts bath time in half

For cat food, I would feed them the moist food as much as possible because the hard food is very hard on their kidneys.  I remember the vet telling my mom that 20 years ago about our cat as she had problems from the hard food.  Long time ago cats got their moisture from the rodents they ate.  Now alot of them don't hunt as much as so they aren't getting the liquid they need but they can get it from the moist cat food and water of course if you're cat likes water.

Hope this helps.
