My husband is leaving for AirForce bootcamp next week. Every website says to buy a phone card that doesn't have a lot of steps/talking/ect. But I can't buy a site that says which cards are the best!

Try the AT&T Special Military Calling Cards. They are re-loadable and you can usually go online and see how many minutes you have left. Some can even have minutes added online. Just go to http://www.usa.att.com and select Military calling cards.

There are cards that have a "speed dial" option which lets you save 8 numbers to your card account, The speed dial keys go from 2 to 9. When you place a call, the system prompts you to "enter the phone number you wish to dial". You just press the appropriate speed dial key followed by the pound sign (#) and your call goes through.
