When searching for a dressmaker it is usually best to go close to home so you can have specific measurements done so the fit is custom made. You can take a photo of this dress to a local seamstress and she can create the same look to your exact needs. This wonderful Pink little girls pageant dress by Tiffany Princess features a straight beaded neckline on a A-Line bodice accented with a jeweled midriff. This pretty pageant dress is also available in Daffodil and Aqua.  I'm not sure if you can find someone who can recreate this dress for less.  My suggestion is to visit Quinceanera sites and look at their selections.  Normally their dresses are 1/3 less than most sites for pageant dresses.
