The current cheapest family plan (other than pre-paid) right now is T-mobile. If you are willing to buy your own phone or use your oldl ones, you can also get a family plan with no contract.

Actually MetroPCS may be the absolute cheapest, but I would definitely buy with caution and read a lot of customer reviews before signing up with them.
