My boyfriend likes to keep his facial hair length to about 3 mm very short but not entirely gone or super long. Whenever he shaves it his razor shaves it completely off and doesnt like how it looks. Where and how can i get a razor/ electronic shaver that would maybe have precise lengths (so that whenever he shaves with it itll b the exact length that he would like and doesnt need to wait till it grows to the length he likes)
