 I have the costume for you it's a very cute witch costume the skirt lights up and it comes with the hat. I brought this one for my 5 year old daughter in a size medium 8-10 it fits her perfect it covers her feet so I don’t have to buy her the tights and she loves it. The only other things that I had to buy was the broom which was $9.99 plus the S&H the total for this was $16 and some change and she loved that to and the wig witch I haven’t brought yet.. I purchased the witch costume from Mr. Costumes it cost $24.99 plus $5.95 S&H which would have been $30.94 but with the coupon code it took off $2 and change I think and it brought the total to $28.44. They have very quick shipping. I think I received the costume the next day. I hope you find the perfect costume for your little angel.

http://www.amazon.com is also a great place to look. they have a very pretty princess costume for $26.99.
I suggestion i have is to go to your local Walmart, Target, Kmart or Meijer, and buy a little girls dress up outfit instead of a costume.

Walmart has the cute Princess costume attached for $1.00 on clearance, but you would really have to check your local Walmart for that kind of deal. Target has the Kids Sweet Dragonfly Fairy costume for $24.99 and it was offered in a size 2/4. Again I would contact your local Target to make sure they have this costume. I love the Green Pixie costume below for $54.99 which is available at http://www.CostumeSTOP.com. I also found the beautiful Child Premium Enchanting Princess for $97.95 at the same website but I think that is rather pricey. All costumes I found at the website were available in a size 2/4. You are so lucky to have a little girl that you can dress up.
