Good music for Monday would truly depend on your lyrical taste. I certainly don't want to add to your musical ennui, so let's go with a couple of genre's. I actually came across this artist the other day that's a cross between jazz and rock and her name is Vanessa Daou. Her latest album is called "Joe Sent Me," but she has a song called "Two to Tango" (released in 1996) that's on the "Fools Rush In" soundtrack, that you might like.
Vanessa Daou has a new school Sade sound. If that's a bit too laid back, you can't go wrong with a little Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Usher, and dare I say, the Jonas Brothers.
