I hope I have found what you are looking for so that I can bring you closer to getting those get taller insoles. I have found Air Cushion Increase Height Insole Taller PAD that looks similar to the picture that you have provided. Add 1" or more with thes insoles that I found for you. http://www.pda-mart.com has them for both male or female for your convenience and they are less than $40. HEre is what you will be getting:
- A set comes with both left and right foot shoe inserts (2 pads on each side top and bottom)
- Comfortable, will not make you tired
- Function: Adjustable increasing height and air cushion quakeproof
- Will fit on U.S men's size 7-10
- Height of Top Insole : 3.7cm
