I've been to Colorado Springs... my mom wanted the exact same one too.  How weird.  It's called the Cypress Swing Stand.  Enjoy!

I found what you are looking for! The Dual-Recliner Canopy Porch Swing with Optional Cushion features two seats that swing independently of each other and have several points of adjustability.   Framed in heavy-duty 2.5-inch round 11-gauge steel, this swing is extremely durable and sturdy.  The  powder-coated finish in a rich chocolate color offers a durable, low-maintenance finish.  The two seats feature imported hardwood materials on the seats, backrests, armrests, and the two side tables.  Contoured seats offer lower lumbar support of the ultimate in comfort.  Each seat features a headrest and footrest covered with molded polyurethane for comfort and weather-resistance.  The seat back reclines with six combinations of adjustability between the backrest and the footrest. Now you can swing in a reclined position.  Does it get any better? The canopy and side curtains make this swing even more relaxing.  Does a swing get any better than that! I envy your friend for rocking in this swing! Item# HIM011 at http://www.porchswings.com-sorry no photo available for me to post here-you will see it on the website!

Here are some real nice Patio swings, I sure hope you find one of them that fits your description..

Here is a description of the swing!
7 feet high by 7 feet wide, Overall length 8 feet 8 inches, Accommodates swings up to 64 inches wide, Weight capacity 500 pounds, Boxed in two cartons weighing 69 and 32 pounds, The Nags Head difference! Swing sold separately. Cypress is one tough wood, but even more than that, it looks phenomenal. The charming irregularities of the grain are like windswept water rippling from a skipped pebble. For our eye-delighting Cypress Swing Stand, we steam-bend and hot-glue seven ¾-inch sections of solid Southern cypress to form a single beam, magnifying the inherent distinctiveness and strength already there in the wood. While the sheer density of cypress keeps it from losing much of its natural oil, and luster, the wood does age to muted silver-gray if you love that beachy weathered look, then just let the cypress do its natural thing. Cypress also looks tremendous when coated in a good high-gloss varnish, and maintaining this swing stands lustrous original sheen is simple. Just use some light-grit sandpaper on the wood before applying a couple coats of polyurethane wood varnish (we use the Olympic brands Maximum Water Proofing Sealant and Penetrating Oil, the Honey Gold Formula, available at most hardware stores). One side-effect of owning this swing stand: Your neighbors are certain to experience cypress envy!
