Bamboo is tougher than most wood and this makes it the perfect cutting surface It's durable nature as a hardwood with a non-porous surface Bamboo also absorbs very little moisture, which prevents shrinking and swelling. They should be hand washed with mild detergent to ensure that they last a very long time. Here is a variety of choices for you to choose from.
