Can you locate a 12 mp camera under $110 for me?

I sure can, you actually have a variety to choose from. Based on my own experience with a Fujifilm camera I recommend the Fujifilm Finepix A220. Here is an overview of the specs on this camera:
* 12-megapixel resolution
* 3x optical zoom
* SR Auto Mode; automatically recognizes 6 different scene types
* Panorama mode
* Capture images to SD/SDHC memory cards (not included); powered by AA batteries (included)
Not the feature-rich camera on the market to be sure, but very affordable. Newegg and Amazon both currently have them for $89 with free shipping. The Fujifilm is not the only 12MP camera in your price range though. Kodak EasyShare C190, OLYMPUS FE-26 (multiple colors available!), and GE A1235-SL can all be found under $100.
