Only LCD. It will be better for your eyes. I suggest you Samsung. But you can also get some another brand.

The biggest advantage to LCD monitors is their size and weight. CRT monitors advance with color rendering. If you're not constantly working with graphics, a LCD monitor would be cheap, lightweight & acceptable for your needs.
