I am looking for a laptop that is about 14.1 inches about 2 GB of Ram a good sized hard drive an internal cd/dvd hatch integrated webcam(if possible) all for under 700 dollars. Any advice would be great!

First see the one's pictured in the products section to save a little money! Included are wholesale laptops from China where you can save more by purchasing more.
Then you have the HP laptops which consistently appear in results for your computer wants!
Then finally, see the Toshiba Satellite M505-S4945 (highest rated by Cnet of your qualifiers) and the only one that Cnet recommended that is in your price range right now. It has all the things you want and although it only gets a 3 star rating from their "experts" the customers are saying its better! They award this Toshiba 4.2 stars! See it at Best Buy right now for $599.99 with a standard 1 yr warranty!

I would suggest going to http://www.dell.com and build your laptop to your specifications, that way you know what you are getting. And you can easily come out with a laptop for under the 700 dollars, which is a good budget for a laptop.
