Iv'e noticed at the CVS pharmacy theyr'e carrying an exercise game. It's seems cheaper than having to buy a whole Wii system. Do you just plug it into the front of your t.v. ?

Xtreme Fit Interactive Gaming System
From what I have heard it is a cheaper knock off of Wii fit and you just plug and play. You dont need a game system for this one. I listed a few peoples comments on it below and the product description.
One person said "its a ton cheaper because your just paying for 1 generic machine instead of the entire Wii system. But it is NOT the Wii fit, just a knock off, and it is pretttty lame. And yes you do just basically plug it into your TV and it works. In my opinion this is only worth buying if the person your getting it for is either 3 years old, or 60 years old, as they probably wont notice such a diffirence"
Another person said: "I just got this from CVS on Black Friday. i was skeptical but it exceeded my expectations! Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the mat and the games. It's "newer generation" graphics than the other plug & play systems I'm used to. It has over 80 exercises and games on it. I don't have a Wii, and so for the price this is really nice. It also has a power adapter so it doesn't use batteries. It talks to you to describe the exercises and walk you through."
"I had Wii Fit before but it was always a hassle to make it work right, so I very rarely used it. Then I got this from CVS this week and found it very easy to get into and use. The "system" consists of a mat connected to your TV with the good old RCA composite cables and to your AC outlet with an AC adapter. A small power button turns it on and off, and a smaller reset button resets the system, which is necessary if you want to quit an exercise or game midway. (I.e., there's no quit option in these games.) A big button is for going back on the menus, not very useful since you get back plus start on the mat itself."
"Unlike the Wii this takes no time to start up and get going. For fitness training you get yoga, aerobic steps and muscular training. There's also a fun jogging game and dancing game on the top menu, plus a few arcade games like car racing, bowling, etc. I bought this primarily for the fitness programs. (As an unemployed I've been gaining a few pounds over the last year.) Background music and clear instructions accompany your exercise, and the screen shows you what you should do on the mat and what you're actually doing on the mat, in terms of which pads should be depressed."
