There are several cake decorating videos out there from basic to expert techniques. The Basic Cake Decorating DVD gets great reviews. It has great close up angles showing you great techniques. It also shows you how to correct mess ups. If you want to get a little more into it, try the Flawless Fondant Video. I have always wanted to learn how to deal with fondant. I think I may buy that one myself. The Complete Guide to Cake Decorating is a very affordable DVD offered through Half.com. I have also attached a great website with more DVDs and books about cake decorating. Good Luck and Have Fun!
