My experience is similar. I order a product on December 26. It is now February 15 and I still have not received anything. Yes, they did charge my card right away. I've received and email after I inquired that it takes 2-4 weeks to process the order. I wish they would have stated that when I was placing the order. Either way, 4 weeks have passes and I still have not received my order.

NO, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! i placed my order since 12/8. all they did was sent me an usps link that it didn't work. i tried calling them, but they never answer the phone, and you can't even leave a voice mail most of the time because of the mail box is full. do not order from them.

No.

They aren't quite a scam site, but I will never order from them again. I ordered something on December 10, 2009 for someone's Christmas present. They promptly charged my account and told me that I would get a shipping confirmation email when it was sent.

A whole month went by and no shipping confirmation email. I sent them multiple "requests" asking what was up with my order. They said that it was still "in processing" which could take up to 2 weeks. Well, I was fed up when they still used that response after 5 weeks. The phone number they have listed is either fake or real, but is always "too full to accept any more voicemails".

I did a little research and found out many others had the exact same problem. Afraid that I had been scammed, I sent them a stern message asking for my money back. They responded within a day, and two days later the money was back in my account. So they aren't quite a scam site because you CAN get your money back. But they are not good to do business with. Stay away.

Based on comments that have been posted across the web gamersgadget is either poorly run or a scam. There have been several complaints about products not being shipped including people who had ordered an acekard from them. Based on the experiences of these users I personally would not feel comfortable doing business with them unless they were able to show these were isolated incidents and provide some proof that the situations were remedied. If you do decide to order from them anyways I recommend you pay through PayPal or better yet a credit card if you have one. It is much more difficult to get your checking account refunded if you order with a debit card and don't receive your purchase. If you have a credit card and are billed for an item you never received you should dispute the charge (I know American Express allows you to do this online) and you will not owe interest on the disputed charge. PayPal also allows you to request a refund, though I have no experience with doing this.

I checked the website out and when I went to checkout I saw HTTPS:// in the address bar. If you don't see the https, then the information passed through the browser will NOT be encrypted and is NOT secure. https uses an SSL certificate and transfers data over port 443. For EXTRA security download WOT for Internet Explorer & Firefox
It is a browser add-on that can warn you of potential security or privacy issues related to the website you are visiting, as well as sites that are returned in search engine results (Google, Yahoo, AOL, MSN and others). It adds a button to your browser toolbar and next to search engine results that indicates the assessed security level for the site, based on trustworthiness, vendor reliability, privacy and child safety. The security level is based on ratings from other WOT users as well as a database of harmful sites, maintained by WOT. Thanks for using IMshopping!
