Hi, congrats on the pregnancy! While I was pregnant I found that flip flops were the most comfortable, but not just regular ones, but the ones that had cushion, like morning slippers. Mine were light pink and I wore them everywhere and with everything :) I know you said besides flip flops, but I tried other shoes and nothing did it for me.

You can try some flats shoes or some shoes that slip on would be great so that you do not have to tie them. They are more comfortable. Here is a website that you can check out. First, congratulations.
Second, please see your doctor. if you are already swelling you could be having a blood pressure problem. It is very important to have your feet looked and your blood pressure checked.
Last, you need adjustable shoes that will grow with you over the next 4 months.
You definately do not want heels as this could pose a danger to you falling.
