I'm looking for some GREAT quality but around $25-$50. I need gloves that will keep my hands warm and dry when I'm skiing. I definitely don't want mittens though.

When it comes to wearing glvoes for skiing I recommend buying skiing gloves. Here are a variety of skiing gloves I do recommend as they have great reviews and will keep your hands warm. They are also in the price range you are looking for.

Scott Springlight White Ski Gloves XLarge: These spring gloves are a industry classic. Comfortable leather fingers and reinforced leather palms make these very durable. Very thin insulation make these very nice on warm days.

Happy skiing and keep warm!
