As an ND and CNHP, I can tell you that the biggest reasons you get nauseous from vitamins is their synthetic ingredients. This is why many say for you to take them with food...this can offset the sick feeling. However, the best choice is to go with a whole food vitamin such as New Chapter's Every Women's One Daily. They are available at most Whole Foods stores, Vitamin Shoppe and other health food stores. You can search on their site to find the retailer nearest you who carries their products.
Best of luck!

For what I've been reading online is that Iron might be the cause you can feel nauseous when you take a vitamin that has it, so for this reason, I found two multivitamins you can try:
Enzymatic therapy doctor's choice is a comprehensive, hypoallergenic supplement combining multivitamin-mineral supplementation with enhanced antioxidant support.
Daily two caps is a balanced twice a day multivitamin and mineral formula needed for optimal health and disease prevention.
