I'm a fan of Canon cameras & camcorders and think you get great quality for a smaller price tag with this brand. One of a pair of Canon's first flash-based camcorders, the Canon Vixia HF100, delivers excellent HD video quality and performance in a tiny package. It's in stock at Myrtle Electronics for $528.84.Sony - High-Definition Handycam Camcorder with 2.7" Touch-Panel Color LCD is another good deal. Touch screen display is a plus and it has a nice, compact size.
