I'm interested in buying the HP Pavilion p6313w-b Desktop PC and was wondering if it has a modem for dial-up internet installed?

I went on the HP website, it does have an PCIe internal modem. The HP site is a great site, to answer any questions you may have.
http://www.hp.com just type in the model # P6313w and you will find downloads for drivers and software, making sure you have the latest downloads. It also has a place to solve any problems, you can get the manuals online, they even have a forum for you to ask questions.
There may be some issues with Windows7 and using a dial up modem.
