I'm going to a Truck Stop kind of resturant for lunch..what could i have that's healthy?

Probably not very much! You could see if they have some sort of salads. Or if they have sandwiches, try for turkey or chicken! I know it will be hard, but anything fried is a no no! Of course, if you do not eat unhealthy the majority of the time, I suppose you could splurge a bit!?!?
