I enjoy relaxing music. It helps to relax from a long day and I use it as well to help me calm down and before I go to bed it helps me to sleep.
I recommend the Relaxing Rain. I have this one and I listen to it every day after a long day and it helps me sleeo as well.
Relaxing Classical is a good one that my sister uses and she recommends it.
