The first site it http://www.manualsonline.com and the second site is http://www.download-manual.com. With both of these sites you can simply look up your product by brand or function, and download your manual.

I have located this manual which is a maintenance and parts manual. You can also look at the Briggs and Statton website with the model number and obtain the owners manual for free.
