As a mommy of two and a woman nearing her forties, I have found that one of the best ways to get in shape is through Pilates. Pilates is a great total body conditioning workout. As we age our flexibility goes downhill, and strength training becomes so important because of the risk of osteoporosis. Pilates is a great, total body conditioning workout that combines stretching and strength exercises. This particular set is one of my favorites, as it contains three separate workouts that are geared toward the beginner level (and it comes with an exercise band for increased fitness).
