Hello there! I did find you a Walmart. Eberstädter Straße 200, 64319 Pfungstadt, Deutschland06157 1584-0 .. I would guess if they are anything like the US Walmarts then they will have Pre Paid Cell phones. Also try Ziel and shop all the phone companies you come across. I am sure you will be able to find some sort of pre paid cell phone. Not sure how much it would be. I hope this helps! :)
