Oh boy, I've been saying this for years ! My husband lived in Thai for awhile and craves the food. I've made a few dishes but he begs for more! I personally have 'The Take-Out Menu Cookbook' and have made a few dishes with it. The recipes are supposed to be just like the ones you order from your favorite restaurants. Pretty cool, eh?
The other cookbooks I'm recommending are because they say they're 'EASY'!! I say cooking should be easy! Good luck with the Thai cooking and don't forget the peanut sauce!
