i want to know where I can get a free cell phone and a plan that is between $30 and $40 a month with unlimited texting I live in Canada

Finding all you are asking for is going to be near impossible! I am finding some plans that have your texting and phone for around 50.00. I would look at phone company Bell, Rogers or Telus for the plans you are looking for. Wind is another up and coming. Bell, Rogers and Telus all have plans that include voice and texting with good phones. These plans also depend on the kind of phone you want. A smartphone is going to be alot higher.
