The refrigerator is stainless. The side panels are not.

JCD2295KES is available. Same model but the handles are slightly different.
Stainless Refrigerators have stainless doors. Side panels have more surface area than the door. Making them stainless would add hundreds of dollars to the cost of the appliance and most people have no need for it as the sides are generally hidden by cabinets.
Some refrigerators come in a monochromatic style. Monochomatic Stainless means that whatever is not stainless has a stainless look. So the sides are grey, water dispenser is a grey color as well as the kickplate on bottom.
Many kitchen aid and frigidaire models are monochromatic.
