I want a 3 person bike rack that fits a pop-up trailer. i want one at the max price of $100.00. I also want a store not some website. Is it even possible?

You will find the best possible deal on a 3 person bike rack online. I know that this is not what you want though. You can always have one ordered for you at a local bicycle shop, but they are going to be a minimum of $500.
