Why not just buy a Wii? The Wii has a program called virtual console that lets you download and play Nintendo games from previous models.
Their page about it is here:

Hi, and thanks for choosing IMShopping!
I know what you mean about reliving your childhood! I am a Pac-Man/Ms. Pac-Man girl. Anyway, there are website out there where you can get a N64 emulator. I recommend getting an emulator from The Emulator Zone website: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/n64/. This website has more than five options to choose from for downloading an emulator, and there are freeware options. You may also want to try these links:
http://www.coolrom.com/emulators/n64/
http://www.freeroms.com/n64.htm
http://www.emuparadise.org/roms/n64/
I hope these suggestions are to your liking. If you have more questions, ask IMShopping!
