I need to replace the racks in my dishwasher and of course thats not part of the warranty. GE wants over $100.00 a piece a couple more hundred I could have the whole thing. Where might I find cheaper racks? Or are any compatible with other models?

Without a model number I was not able to find replacement racks for your GE dishwasher.
If your racks are not in too bad a shape maybe one of these kits below might help you out. But since rust never sleeps eventually you will need to replace them. here are a few sites that might have the parts you are looking for
