I suggest you get the cabinet locks like what you would use for a baby! One place to get them is Ama, a pack of magnetic locks sells for 13.95

Comes with 2 locks and 1 key; you may want to order an extra key (71172) just in case. Must be 5 inc
Another option is the Sliding cabinet lock selling for $4.99
