I have trIed IKEA and Walmart. I have also trIed shoppIng onlIne at Amazon. But nothIng seems to fIt the bIll. I need somethIng that can store upto 20 prs of shoes, Is wooden and looks neat. Thanks!

Shoes can really take up room and add unnecessary clutter especially if they end up at the front door. Hopefully one of the cabinets will fit your needs! ; )

Shoes can be such a pain to organize! I usually just toss them all in a pile, but then they dirty so that's definitely not the best option!
This wood and canvas rolling unit holds 24 pairs! It's around $30 at http://www.Amazon.com.
This one is similar, but is wire and wood. It would probably be easier to keep clean, but dirt from the top shoes might drop down onto the ones below. Amazon has it for $18.99.
If you're looking for closet storage, this looks super handy. It only holds 10 pairs, but for $6.89 a piece, it would be worth it to just get two. There are actually several different kinds of these hanging shoe holders:
*clear plastic, fits 12 pairs, $11.95
*white, hangs over a door, fits 30 pairs (!), $11.99
*wire and vinyl, hangs over a door, fits 12 pairs, $12.99
