I'm sorry you are having trouble with your range!

It appears that GE used to make McClary appliances, but not now.

I can suggest checking out http://www.apwagner.ca/, http://www.appliancezone.com, or http://www.reliableparts.ca to see if they carry McClary parts.  You may could ask GE if it has a grill element that is compatible with your range.  You also may be able to get a generic element to work as well.
